Chicken Breasts (Boneless and without Skin) 4-6 King Prawns per person (Ready Peeled!) 1 large knob of Butter A chunk of Cucumber (Amount is personal preference) Half Green Pepper 2 tablespoons of Crème Fresh Grated Cheese (Amount is personal preference) Flour Tortillas Cut Chicken into strips and fry with the butter. Chop the Pepper into smaller pieces, sauté in the same pan once the chicken has turned a white color. Add the King prawns which should turn from a translucent, white looking color, to a pink or dark gray (Tiger Prawns) to indicate they are cooked. Leave to fry until the chicken is cooked thoroughly and the pepper is a darker color. Chop up the cucumber, either into slices or chunks. Grate the cheese in a separate bowl. Warm the tortillas for 30 seconds in a microwave. Spread the crème fresh on the tortillas, one tablespoon per tortilla. Add the grated cheese and cucumber. Serve the chicken and green pepper onto the tortilla and wrap. There you have a simple Chicken Fajita perfect for a quick meal. |
