You will need a fajita grill pan for deliciously authentic restaurant results: 250g diced Quorn Dice the Quorn, or if already diced, fry over the heated knob of butter for 2 minutes. Chop the Pepper and Onion into smaller pieces, sauté in the same pan as the Quorn for 3-5 minutes. In a small ramakin, mix the sour creme with the cracked black pepper. Heat your tortilla wraps under a high-heat grill for 30 seconds each side. Spread the creme mix over your heated tortillas and add the Quorn and vegetable filling.
