Steak and Cheese Tex Style Fajita

  8oz Rump/Sirloin or 6oz Fillet Steak
1 large knob of Butter
1 Tablespoon Tabasco sauce (Please be careful not to add too much)
1 Tablespoon Tomato Sauce
1/4 Large Onion
Monterey Jack or Swiss Cheese cut into thin strips or slithers
Flour Tortillas

Cut the Steak into long, thin strips and fry with the butter. Add the Tabasco sauce with the Ketchup and stir thoroughly until the steak is covered by the sauce. This is optional, and will add spice. The more you put on, the hotter the dish will be. Heat for 3-5 minutes.

Cut the Onion into thick strips and add to the mix until desired texture is achieved. (Note: the longer on heat, the softer the onion will become)

Add the cheese strips to the pan, and stir continuously, until melted. Serve into the Tortilla wraps. I like to have a spoonful of crème fraise with this fajita to add a freshness.

There you have it. The spicy taste combined with the texture of the steak make it a very delicious Fajita Recipe!
