Sweet and Spicy Chicken Fajita

 

 

   
 

You will need a fajita grill pan for deliciously authentic restaurant results:

2 Chicken Breasts (Boneless and without Skin)
1 large knob of Butter
A Small amount of Peri-Peri sauce (Please be careful not to add too much)
1/2 Large Onion
Half Green Pepper
1/4 cup of Brown Sugar
Flour Tortillas

Cut Chicken into strips and fry with the butter. Add the Peri-Peri marinade. This is optional, and will add spice. The more you put on, the hotter the dish will be. Stir in a small amount of water or Chicken broth and add the 1/4 cup of Brown Sugar. Cook until caramelized.

Chop the Pepper and Onions into smaller pieces, sauté in a separate skillet with the remaining butter. Fry until the Onions have become caramelized and the Peppers darken round the edges.

There you have it. This should serve two people and will provide both sweet and spicy tastes making it a very delicious Fajita Recipe!
